We grow on a rotation, so we sell on a standing order.
One or two deliveries a week. A baseline you set, by clamshell, by tray or by the pound. A rotation planned two cycles out, so a new variety on your order takes days, not a shrug. That is not a limitation we apologize for. It is why the tray is the same every week.

Free, dropped at your kitchen, no strings.
Step 2. Trial
Four weeks at a small baseline, one delivery a week. Real product on real plates.
Step 3. Standing order
Renews at the volume you settled on. One or two deliveries a week.
Volume changes close 48 hours before delivery. New varieties are added with lead time. Price sheet on request.

Difficult Creek runs through the property in Bedford County. The greens grow indoors under light, on a rotation, in trays we cut the morning they leave. No weather, no seasons, no surprises.
